Return was appointed by The Wellcome Trust, with Savills as Contract Administrator, to refurbish the communal areas and exterior of St Peter’s Church, a converted Grade II listed building on Devonia Road, N1. Over 14 weeks, works included fire safety upgrades, new flooring, full internal redecoration, external joinery and roof repairs, drainage improvements, and façade restoration. The result is a sensitive and high-quality upgrade, balancing heritage preservation with improved safety and resident experience.
